We are excited to announce that starting in August of 2022 Dr. Kirsten Carmichael and Next Level Performance and Sports Therapy will be transitioning to Pondera Rehabilitation and Fitness, PC.

 

If you are an existing patient you will receive instructions on how to update your information so we can continue to serve you.  Dr. Kirsten Carmichael will continue to see patients and clients at the Loomis location, but insurance and payment information will be updated to reflect the change to Pondera.
